Nineteen feature films have been submitted for consideration for this year's Best Animated Feature Film Academy Award. Many sequels and spin-offs from previous Oscar-winners and nominees are in the mix, including "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2," "Despicable Me 2," "Monsters University" and "The Smurfs 2." But they're not all slapstick comedies in 3-D; the films also include the epic hand-drawn "The Wind Rises" by Japanese master Hayao Miyazaki, who won the Oscar for his 2001 film, "Spirited Away"; a stop-motion supernatural tale from Spain; and a grim tale from South Korea about a minister fleecing his flock.
